Attorney Roche attended Massachusetts School of Law in Andover Massachusetts. While a law student he distinguished himself as a two year member of the school's mock trial team, twice reaching the Northeast Regionial Finals of the American Association Justice Student Mock Trial competition in Boston, Massachusetts.
After his graduation from Massachusetts School of Law in 2002, Attorney Roche was successfully admitted to the bars of Massachusetts & New Hampshire. His practice focuses on Litigation matters in three areas: Family Law & Divorce; Criminal Law; and Civil Matters including injury claims. Attorney Roche has successfully represented mothers and fathers in contested custody proceedings in both Massachusetts & New Hampshire. He has won accolades from clients regarding his representation of them in their divorces, whether their case is complex and contested or simple and amicable.
